Mariner’s Cove is an unmanned gated subdivision off of Prosperity Farms Rd in Palm Beach Gardens.  The community is in an unincorporated pocket of Palm Beach Gardens and thus is not technically in Palm Beach Gardens.  This waterfront community has it all and as you might guess from the name is centered around the water.  There are actually 4 associations in the community.  The 24 detached single family  homes around the lake comprise one, the 13 detached single family homes homes on Mangrove Island are another, the 87 attached town houses are another association and then there is the freshwater and salt water slips and a master Property Owners Association.  The community has a club house and pool as well as sitting area directly on the intracoastal.  There is a freshwater marina with 29 slips for boats up to 26′ (30′ nominal size slips) where one must place their boat in a self operated travel lift, lift it up over a sea wall and place it down in a salt water canal.  Then there are also slips in that canal which are referred to as the salt water slips for lager boats boats.  The general rule in the community is 2′ on either side of your boat.  Thus, a 40′ slip would accommodate a boat up to 36′.  The slips are interesting as they are littoral area slips and thus one can get title insurance and finance them.
